Personal Vision Statement

Each day I take a balanced and optimistic approach to life, keeping thingsĀ simple while I strive to nurture curiosity and wisdom.

My journey to developing my vision statement started with a quote.

And [Alice] went on, “Would you tell me, please, which way I out to go from here?”

“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.

“I don’t much care where–,” said Alice.

“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.

The quote made its point.

How can you go somewhere or do something if you have no clue what it is you want? That began my research in creating a personal vision.

Through Brook Noel and her Make Today Matter system, I developed my own vision statement (2009, updated 2022).
